Key Responsibilities

1. Market Analysis and Research:

   – Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and gaps in the market for new products.

   – Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed about market dynamics.

2. Business Strategy Development:

   – Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Promom’s market reach, achieve revenue targets, and introduce new products.

   – Identify key areas for growth and develop actionable strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.   

3. New Product Development:

   – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and marketing, to conceptualize, plan, and execute new product initiatives.

   – Lead market validation studies, gather customer feedback, and conduct feasibility analyses for new product ideas.

   – Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  – Drive sales initiatives to meet sales targets and revenue objectives for new products.

  – Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to optimize sales performance and market penetration.

  – Develop and deliver a planned pipeline growth within the assigned territory and market segments.

5. Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication:

   – Collaborate closely with internal teams, including R&D, marketing, operations, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless execution of new product initiatives.

   – Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather insights, address concerns, and drive collaboration towards common goals.

6.New Business Development:

   – Strategic Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish partnerships with other companies, institutions, and key influencers in the industry to enhance business growth and product reach. This includes negotiating and finalizing deals that align with Promom’s strategic objectives.

   – Exploration of New Markets: Explore and evaluate new geographical markets and customer segments to introduce Promom’s products. Develop strategies for market entry including regulatory compliance, marketing channel development, and local market customization.

   – Innovation and Sustainability Initiatives: Drive initiatives that focus on sustainable growth through eco-friendly and innovative product solutions, aligning with global trends and customer demands for sustainable products.

   – Revenue Diversification: Develop new streams of revenue by exploring alternative business models such as subscriptions, partnerships for co-branded products, and digital content related to child health and nutrition education.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

– Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the kids,  FMCG, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.

– Experience in new product development and project management.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

– Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

– Willingness to travel as needed
