Job Description:
The Sales Director at Promom is responsible for leading sales strategies across diverse channels, including hospitals, pharmacies, health and beauty stores, and convenience stores (CVS). This role also includes managing sales admin and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies and overseeing promotional activities to ensure maximum brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Management: Oversee and enhance sales strategies across all channels to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets. Monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, promoters, and merchandisers to ensure they effectively represent the brand and achieve sales goals.
- CRM Oversight: Lead the CRM section focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Promotional Activities: Supervise promoters and merchandisers who engage customers through mobile booths, sample giveaways, and in-store promotions to boost sales and enhance customer experiences.
- Visibility and Brand Messaging: Ensure that the brand’s key messages are prominently communicated through merchandising materials and sales strategies to effectively reach and convince potential customers.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, pharmacies, and retail settings to secure and expand business opportunities.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, gather insights from CRM data, and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness and meet sales objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the modern trade and health and beauty business sectors.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and multi-channel sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
