Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and create engaging and original short-form video content for social media platforms that meets with the channel’s objectives
• Execute end-to-end short-form video production, including editing, sound design, and visual effects, to create high-quality material.
• Analyse video performance metrics, insights, and adapt content strategies to drive engagement and growth.

Ensure the seamless operation of the film crew.

Qualifications:

• No age limit specified; however, candidates aged 25+ with relevant experience will be given special consideration.
• Proven track record of Social Media Content Creation with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create viral content.
• A deep understanding of Social Media’s platform, trends, challenges, and its unique community culture
• Strong visual and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for capturing attention quickly. 
• Flexibility and proactivity in adjusting plans when goals are not met.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Growth mindset and ability to work well with the team both physically and remotely
• At least three years of experience in related fields. Those with experience in the mother-and-child market will be given special consideration.
