Role Summary
Are you a strategic HR executive who enjoys generating business impact?
As a Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders, delivering new HR solutions throughout the employee lifecycle. Your knowledge will be critical in establishing and implementing cutting-edge talent strategies, engagement initiatives, and organizational change programs that are in line with best practices
Business Partnering
- Consult with leaders to develop tailored people strategies
- Analyze data to optimize workforce effectiveness.
- Drive organizational change through stakeholder influence
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance, and development
Recruitment
- Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units
- Implement targeted marketing and sourcing tactics to attract top talent
- Advise on competitive offers, negotiation, and candidate experience
- Continuously enhance hiring processes and metrics
Operations
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive operational excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless HR service delivery
- Manage employee relations matters ensuring compliance
- Champion HR analytics, reporting, and data integrity
- Payroll Management
Com & Ben & Career
- Develop and update compensation, benefits by monitoring market trend and analyze statistical data and reports.
- Implement and update HR and company policies, job duties, salary and promotion system
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner supporting multiple business units
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and influence leaders across all levels
- Strong understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compliance, etc.
- Experience driving cultural initiatives.
- Skilled in workforce analytics and utilizing HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable and able to rapidly changing environment
- Good in English communication.
