Position Summary:
As a Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the brand’s presence in the Kids supplement market. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of market trends, especially in the children, supplements or/and coumsumer products sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
2.Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
3.Campaign Management: Design and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
4.Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications.
5.Collaboration:
-Work closely with the product development team to align marketing strategies with new product launches and enhancements.
-Ecommerce Coordination: Maintain active engagement with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure alignment, communication, and performance evaluation related to online programs and initiatives.
-Strategic Initiatives and Collaborations: Deliver strategic initiatives, including collaboration with larger brands and partners.
6.Customer Relationship Management: nurturing existing customers to build loyalty and ensure long-term satisfaction, while also managing and resolving customer issues promptly.
7.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and campaigns.
8.Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting as necessary.
9.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
