Job Description:

The Trade Marketing Manager will devise and execute marketing strategies across all trade channels, enhancing brand visibility and sales performance. This role includes managing promotions, analyzing pricing structures, and monitoring competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for different trade channels, including retail and e-commerce.
2. Promotional Campaigns: Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, aligning with sales goals and seasonal trends.
3. Price Analysis and Structure: Analyze pricing strategies across all sales channels and set competitive pricing structures to maximize profitability.
4. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors’ sales promotions, adjusting Promom’s strategies to stay competitive.
5. POS Material Management: Manage production and distribution of point-of-sale materials to ensure brand consistency.
6. Partner Management: Collaborate with channel partners to ensure synchronized marketing efforts.
7.  Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend to achieve a high return on investment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience in trade marketing, particularly within the healthcare or FMCG sectors.
3. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in pricing analysis and competitive market research.
4. Excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate and persuade.
5. Creative and strategic thinking ability, with a talent for managing multiple projects.
